At the heart of all these devices is a common idea. The listed devices are simply tools for implementing this idea. The trick is that the idea has levels. Each new level of development of the idea is a step of the idea to perfection, to the absolute. Accordingly, in order for the burnout of employees not to occur, they must be constantly aimed not at the realization of the idea, but at bringing it to perfection.

The topic of employee burnout is relevant for many businesses, because many businesses were originally built not to bring the idea to perfection, but simply to implement it. The implementation of the idea comes quickly, and hence the burnout also comes quickly. As soon as the idea is implemented, the business ends and the burnout of both the business and the employees begins.

Movement to perfection is a long way and huge amounts of motivation, so if you choose such a path, the burnout of employees will come very soon or not at all.
